Medicare’s online Plan Finder tool is an important and useful resource in your counseling sessions, especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). But it can do so much more!
Join NCOA's National Center for Benefits Outreach & Enrollment as we walk through the Medicare Plan Finder and some of the key features that can be helpful year round. We’ll show you how to answer some common client questions such as:
- Why are my drugs costing me more this month?
- Can I get mail-order prescriptions from my Part D plan?
- I’ve changed to a generic; will my Part D plan continue to cover it?
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will join us and also provide recent updates to the tool to help you prepare for the next AEP, which starts on Oct. 15.
